Narrative of Services:
My practice provides outpatient psychotherapy for adults, with a primary focus on OCD and related disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). A significant portion of my caseload is dedicated to individuals with OCD and obsessive–compulsive spectrum conditions, including clients with co-occurring anxiety and mood disorders. I have provided treatment to multiple individuals with OCD across a range of symptom presentations, including contamination, harm, and primarily mental compulsions. Services are individualized, values-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice, with appropriate consultation and referral when indicated.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
When OCD is primary, treatment is anchored in ERP with a values-based framework. Co-occurring conditions are addressed in ways that support—not interfere with—ERP. Interventions focus on reducing avoidance, accommodation, and safety behaviors across diagnoses while strengthening distress tolerance and values-consistent behavior. When another condition is primary or requires specialized care beyond my scope, I collaborate with or refer to appropriate providers to ensure coordinated, ethical treatment.
Training Description:
I have received specialized training in the assessment and treatment of OCD and related disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My experience includes completion of OCD-focused workshops and continuing education, as well as ongoing consultation and supervision with senior clinicians specializing in OCD treatment within established ERP-focused practices. I integrate a values-based framework to support ERP and am committed to continued advanced training and consultation through organizations such as the International OCD Foundation.
