Eleanor Cummins LMSW

I am passionate about evidence-based intervention for OCD and related disorders. I use ERP, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness skills to help individuals break free from compulsions.

I also offer comprehensive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and can treat co-occurring suicidal ideation and self-harm.

I earned my MSW at the Columbia University School of Social Work, where I trained in the dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) training lab, in collaboration with Behavioral Tech Institute. I’m always pursuing continuing education, including through the IOCDF.
