Narrative of Services:

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I began treating OCD in 2020 under supervision of senior clinicians during my pre-licensed clinical work at a group practice in NYC. I became passionate about identifying and treating OCD and sought additional training through courses and workshops including ERP School for Therapists, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (MGH Psychiatry Academy Trainings), and the Behavior Therapy Training Institute through IOCDF. I stay up-to-date with current research and continue to participate in workshops and courses to ensure evidence-based and effective treatment.

Training Description:

I currently offer teletherapy for clients in NY, NC, SC, and FL. I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I also provide parenting support. I use Exposure and Response Prevention, which is the best-supported treatment for OCD along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is direct but warm and I work to integrate self-compassion into treatment. Having OCD and facing fears is hard work. I aim to be your teammate through recovery.
