I provide individual therapy to adults with OCD, as well as, their loved ones to increase understanding and reduce family accommodation of OCD. I understand what living with a person with OCD is like and how it impacts the whole family. I have been a clinician for almost 30 years. I began to focus my work and training on OCD in 2018. I am trained in both ERP and I-CBT for OCD and CBT with interoceptive exposure for panic. About 85% of my practice consists of clients with OCD, other anxiety disorders or phobias.

I am the parent of a young adult with OCD. I have attended over 80 hours of OCD workshops. I attended the three day General BTTI intensive ERP training through the IOCDF in Feb 2019 and have received consultation, both individually and in groups, with other OCD specialists throughout the past six years. I am currently seeing clients with OCD and other anxiety disorders via telehealth only in my private practice. I also saw clients with OCD through NOCD from 2/20 until 12/21.
