Narrative of Services:

I provide individual and group therapy to adults with OCD, as well as, workshops for loved ones to increase understanding and reduce family accommodation of OCD. I understand what living with a person with OCD is like and how it impacts the whole family. I attended the General BTTI training in February 2019. I have been a clinician for 25 years, but have begun to focus my work and training on OCD within the past three years. About 1/2 of my practice consists of clients with OCD, other anxiety disorders or phobias.

Facilities accessible by clients of all mobility levels: No

Training Description:

I am the parent of a teenager with OCD. I have attended workshops including 10 hours of Exposure and Response Prevention: The Gold Standard in Anxiety & OCD Treatment (Beaton) and 5 hours of Living Life Beyond the Doubt: Field Tested Strategies for Navigating OCD (Nicely and Bell). I have read numerous books, studies and case histories focused on evidence-based treatment for OCD and consulted with various experts in the field. I attended the three day General BTTI intensive ERP training through the IOCDF in February 2019. I am currently participating in two OCD consultation groups with other ERP therapists.
