I am the practice owner of Dear Therapy, where I provide specialized OCD treatment to individuals of all ages. Nearly the entirety of my caseload consists of clients with OCD or related disorders, including anxiety disorders, tics/Tourette’s, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I have treated a substantial number of individuals with OCD across a wide range of symptom presentations and severities. I also have experience working in higher levels of care, which has strengthened my ability to treat complex and high-severity cases. My practice emphasizes evidence-based, individualized ERP-focused treatment.
When treating OCD with co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, anxiety disorders, ASD, mood disorders, or tics/Tourette’s, I structure treatment around ERP/CBT while integrating supports tailored to each condition. Sessions begin with clear, collaborative goals and functional assessment. I incorporate behavioral strategies for attention and organization, anxiety-management skills, mood-stabilizing routines, and ASD-informed communication approaches. For tics, I am certified in CBIT. Treatment remains family-involved when helpful and follows a structured, skills-based plan that adapts to developmental level and individual needs.
I have five years of experience treating OCD and related disorders. I completed three years of intensive training at Rogers Behavioral Health, working with higher-acuity OCD cases across multiple levels of care. I then continued specializing in OCD treatment in private practice at Anxiety Specialists of Atlanta before opening my own practice in July 2024. My training includes extensive supervision and advanced coursework in ERP and related evidence-based modalities. I completed IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in December 2025 to further strengthen my clinical expertise.
I run a free monthly virtual support group for parents and caregivers of children of all ages with OCD. The group is open to anyone, regardless of the state they live in. We meet on the third Monday of each month at 8 PM EST and focus on education, support, and practical strategies for families.
