I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing concerns related to stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, autism, social skills deficits, peer problems, or challenges with executive functioning, learning, or behavior. I also provide psychological evaluations, as well as parent coaching for parents/caretakers.
I work collaboratively with clients to prioritize treatment goals and objectives based on their individual needs. Sometimes this means prioritizing treatment of one concern before addressing the other, and at other times, this might mean treating both disorders concurrently.
I received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy and behavioral interventions during my internship and post-doctoral fellowships, which were in private practice settings as well as a nonprofit organization. For the past several years, I have participated in extensive workshops and trainings for the treatment of OCD and related disorders (e.g., through the Cognitive Behavior Institute, IOCDF, Sheppard Pratt, and the Florida Psychological Association). I have also attended IOCDF conferences, obtained knowledge through self-study, and participated in both individual and group peer consultation from senior providers in the field.
