David Dia, PhD, LCSW, CCBT
Narrative of Services:
Dr. Dia works full-time for The University of Tennessee. He teaches several courses including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and conducts research in the area of anxiety and depression.
Dr. Dia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CCBT) with 15 years of experience. He has a PhD in Social Work and has several peer-reviewed journal publications and presentations in the area of anxiety and depression. He completed his CBT training and then went on for further training and supervision in the treatment of anxiety disorders. He completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute with the IOCDF. Dr. Dia specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders with a specific interest in OCD and OC Related Disorders.
