The Help Hub offers support to children, youth and families. We have clinicians specializing in ER/P, CBT, EFFT, Integrative Attachment Family Therapy, Developmental Dyadic Psychotherapy and other modalities. We have multiple clinicians that have successfully treated OCD in children, youth and adults.

I have completed training in multiple modalities, and most recently completed the Paediatric Behaviour Therapy Training Institute through the IOCDF to strengthen my skills in treating paediatric OCD. I have also completed SPACE training with Dr. Eli Lebowitz of the Yale Child Study Centre, specializing in a parent-mediated approach to treating child and adolescent anxiety. I am a member of the IOCDF OCD/Autism Special Interest Group.
