Narrative of Services:

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my practice is currently 100% telepsych based. Office hours will be available following this health crisis. Approximately 50% of my patients have been diagnosed with OC-related disorders. The majority of my patients are seen once or twice a week. However, I am able to provide intensive treatment (four to five days per week) when clinically appropriate.

Training Description:

I have been treating Obsessive Compulsive-Related Disorders for the past 13 years. I completed my doctoral work at St. John’s University. My dissertation examined the relationship between BDD and perfectionism. I completed two years of training at the Bio-Behavioral Institute, where I treated OC disorders on an intensive outpatient basis. Treatment modalities included including E/RP, CBT, and ACT. Over the past 13 years, I have treated various OC disorders including: Perfectionistic tendencies, OCD, BDD, health anxiety, social phobia, panic disorder, trichotillomania/excoriation, school refusal, depersonalization/derealization disorder, generalized anxiety, among other mood, personality and anxiety concerns.
