I work in a group practice that offers individual and group counseling, assessment and medication management to primarily Autistic clients, clients with ADHD and LGBTQIA clients. I offer individual and group therapy. Approximately 80% of my clients are autistic, and many have met criteria for OCD at some point in their life. Approximately 25% of my caseload is focussing on active OCD symptoms specifically at any given time.

I have 10 years of experience with autistic clients, including didactic training and supervised clinical and non clinical experience. I would consider ACT my primary modality with general clients. I have completed in person ACT training through Praxis CET and have several years of ACBS membership and participation. OCD often presents in autistic clients, amd this led me to pursue a better understanding of OCD. In fall of 2023, I completed a 4 day ERP training through CBI. I have also completed peer consultation and learning in Inference Based CBT.
