Depression, Trauma using Cognitive Processing Therapy
Jamie Dunn has over 19 years of experience in the mental health field. Jamie found her passion for using evidence-based treatment modalities of anxiety, depression, and related disorders while working at Rogers Behavioral Health in 2006. In therapy, she aims to help individuals to break down obstacles into more manageable pieces. Jamie believes that by taking things one step at a time, it’s possible to set yourself up for success to better manage uncertainties, challenges, and stressors. Her aim in therapy is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to take risks and build more confidence.
I have worked in an outpatient setting in a college community and have experience working with diverse multicultural issues that would arise.
I have had classes in multicultural practices, attended trainings provided by ABCT and read books to continue growing my competency working with diverse populations.
