Narrative of Services:

I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders in adults, couples, and groups. I have special expertise when these disorders co-occur with trauma, religious/moral/spiritual scrupulosity, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

With me, you can expect to meet a supportive, warm therapist who is interested in helping you feel less distress and more joy. I love to help clients learn a self-compassionate approach to leaning into discomfort and discovering that they can, indeed, trust themselves.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I frequently also treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, whether as the sole diagnosis or co-occurrent with OCD.

Training Description:

I have been treating individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders since 2020. I am extensively trained in ERP, I-CBT, ACT, and DBT. I have trained in OCD treatment with the OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota, the OCD Training School, and Goldhouse I-CBT and in DBT with Healing Connections Therapy Center. While in private practice, I continue to stay in consultation and education with other clinicians also treating OCD and anxiety disorders.

Diversity Statement:

While I do identify as a queer woman, I am aware of my privilege as a white, cis-gender female. I am committed to understanding and challenging racism within myself, my community, and larger systems. I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment for all clients.
