FBCBT offers diverse treatment options for a variety of mental health disorders with a focus on anxiety and OCD spectrum disorders. We regularly utilize ERP, ACT, and CBT for OCD, Body Dysmorphic Disorders, Eating Disorders, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and Panic Disorder. We offer specialties beyond OCD, allowing for the treatment of co-occurring disorders with a treatment team approach. Currently my caseload is 80% OCD patients, with the remainder focusing on grief and loss, my secondary clinical focus.

I am a terminally licensed mental health counselor, trained at the University of Arkansas. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist by the Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, with four years of experience working with OCD as the majority of my caseload. I regularly train with a Beck Institute Certified CBT Clinician and regularly attend NOCD and IOCDF virtual trainings on topics across the OCD Spectrum.
