Narrative of Services:
I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for OCD in the form of exposure and response prevention (ERP). Approximately 40% of my clinical time is spent treating OCD specifically.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I often treat co-occurring substance use disorders and/or anxiety disorders. I work with my clients to determine which presenting problem to address first and which evidence-based approach they prefer to engage with. I apply my extensive training and expertise in the delivery of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), and/or mindfulness-based programs (MBP) to the development of a targeted treatment plan focused on improving client-determined goals.
Training Description:
I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Washington, where I trained in evidence-based approaches that are proven to work. My clinical internship at the Seattle Veterans Affairs hospital deepened my experience in treating a wide range of concerns, and my advanced postdoctoral work focused specifically on OCD, anxiety disorders, addictions, and mindfulness-based care. I have received complementary training through the IOCDF BTTI on ERP. I also served as a Staff Psychologist in the Anxiety Center at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle for multiple years before opening my private practice.
Diversity Statement:
I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds with a variety of concerns. I incorporate each individual’s unique cultural background and learning history into the evidence-based treatment plan to address OCD and other problems in living. Cultural humility is a cornerstone of my professional practice.
Treatment Groups:

This group discusses various Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia related topics such as exposure therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, experiential avoidance, values, motivation and maintaining progress following treatment. You will get to chat with others about their experiences navigating all aspects of life with panic and agoraphobia. Many participants find group accountability motivates them to take bigger steps towards their own recovery. This support group is not intended to be a therapy group or a substitute for therapy for Panic Disorder and/or Agoraphobia.

The group meets every third Wednesday of the month, and the fee is $80.
