I specialize in helping individuals with OCD, obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders, PTSD and anxiety disorders. For those with more complex or severe OCD and anxiety symptoms, I offer intensive therapy options. This is ideal for those considering an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) but not yet ready for the full commitment, or for those who have completed IOP and want to maintain progress with increased session frequency while stepping down to a lower level of care.
I have extensive training in evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I am deeply committed to maintaining integrity and grounding my approach in the latest research, and continuously refining my skills through ongoing training and professional development.
My practice is committed to being an inclusive, welcoming space for individuals from all backgrounds. I strive to provide culturally responsive care and continuously engage in both formal and informal education to deepen my cultural humility. I recognize the unique barriers BIPOC individuals may face when seeking treatment and the impact systemic racism can have on mental health and OCD. My goal is to create a safe, affirming environment where clients can explore the intersection of OCD, mental health, and their individual identities.
