Dr. Esfahani has been in private practice since 2016. Prior to that she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Hospital specializing in co-occurring PTSD and Substance Use Disorders. She completed her internship at the Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System. Her prior experiences included: San Francisco VA Hospital, University of California San Francisco, Stanford Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Science, and Palo Alto VA Health Care System. She is trained in various evidence-based therapies.
