At The Conative Group, I am the only counselor providing ERP for OCD and related disorders. We offer full battery assessments to support accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment planning. A portion of my caseload includes children, teens, and adults with OCD or OC-related concerns. Treatment includes evidence-based ERP and may integrate EMDR or CBT when appropriate.

I have completed specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the International OCD Foundation and incorporate this evidence-based approach to support children, teens, and adults in reducing compulsions and facing intrusive thoughts. I also involve families in the treatment process to promote long-term success. My experience includes working with individuals presenting with OCD and related concerns in both individual and family therapy settings, blending ERP with cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed care to support lasting change.

I work with a diverse population across a wide range of ages, including children, teens, and adults. I provide culturally responsive care and offer counseling services in both English and Spanish to better support multicultural clients. My practice includes individuals and families from various racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive space that honors each client’s identity and lived experience.
