Morgan Eugenio LCSW
I specialize in treating teenagers and adults who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, uncontrollable worry, phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g. hair pulling or skin picking), emotion dysregulation, and trauma. When treating OCD, I primarily use Exposure and Response Prevention, however, I often weave in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques as well. I typically deliver ERP treatment in once-weekly 45-minute sessions. However, if a more intensive format is needed we can meet multiple times per week or for longer sessions.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work from Columbia University as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology and leadership from the University of Richmond. While at Columbia, I interned at New York Presbyterian’s adult partial hospitalization program. After graduating in 2019, I worked at The Reeds Center, a practice that specializes in treating OCD spectrum and anxiety disorders. While there I was intensively trained in Exposure and Response Prevention as well as other CBT interventions by the directors all of whom were research scientists in The Anxiety Disorders Clinic and The Center for OCD Disorder clinics. I am currently working at Behavioral Psych Studio on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. In addition to doing CBT/ERP treatments, we also offer comprehensive DBT which includes skills training in a group setting, phone coaching, and individual therapy.
