Narrative of Services:

My practice provides individual therapy services with a strong focus on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related conditions. Approximately half of my current caseload consists of clients seeking treatment specifically for OCD or OCD with co-occurring disorders, such as anxiety or depression. I have experience working with a diverse range of individuals affected by OCD, delivering evidence-based, individualized care tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

My treatment approach is structured and goal-oriented, particularly when working with individuals who have OCD alongside co-occurring conditions such as anxiety or mood disorders. When we are engaging in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), our sessions remain focused and intentional around ERP targets. If other concerns arise—such as mood symptoms or life stressors—I intentionally separate that work from ERP whenever possible so the treatment remains clear and effective. At times, we may briefly pause ERP to address immediate life events or emotional needs, and then return to structured ERP work once stability is regained. This approach helps ensure that each concern receives the focused attention it needs while maintaining progress in OCD treatment.

Training Description:

I have been practicing since 2019 and obtained my LCSW licensure in 2022. I am a member of the International OCD Foundation and have completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), an intensive program focused on evidence-based treatment for OCD. In addition, I have participated in multiple trainings through the International OCD Foundation, with specialized focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). My clinical experience includes working with individuals with OCD and related disorders using evidence-based interventions and ongoing professional development in this area.
