Private practice opening 5/1/2023 will be offering individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy as needed. Since 2017 about half of my clients have had OCD and related disorders. In my private practice this will continue to be one of my main specialties.

I can many other co-occuring disorders including mood disorders, PTSD (and other trauma disorders), anxiety disorders, and phobias. I assess each case and will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan. In addition to ERP, my work can include ACT, CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

I have been trained by two members of the IOCDF’s scientific and clinical advisory board through an in-depth series of trainings, consultation, and supervision. I have been a mental health clinician since 2007 (Independently licensed since 2009) and have specialized in treating OCD spectrum disorders since 2017. From 2017-2023 I was the leader of an OCD treatment program at Servicenet. I have attended several IOCDF conferences, multiple lecture series, and other trainings.

I am a white cis-het-woman with over 15 years of experience working in community mental health with many marginalized populations. I do my best to create a space that is affirming to all differences and work to acknowledge my privilege and decrease my blind spots.

Diversity was a cornerstone to my graduate education and in addition to taking a class specifically on it, it was interwoven into my other coursework. Through my 16 years in community mental health, I have attended various trainings on cultural competency. In addition, my management team at my agency made it a priority to study and discuss how white supremacy shows up in our work and how we can work to dismantle it.

I have run Buried in Treasures Workshops and OCD treatment groups. No current groups are being formed as of Spring 2024 but please check my website for the most up to date information about coming groups.
