I am a licensed therapist and registered play therapist who specializes in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I provide both individual and group therapy, working with children, teens, and adults. My approach includes utilizing ERP as well as ICBT.

Over 90% of my caseload is dedicated to treating clients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have completed multiple specialized trainings in evidence-based approaches, including Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also remain actively engaged in the field by attending the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) conference for the past five years.

Our OCD group meets in 8-week cycles, providing structured support, education, and skill-building in a safe and collaborative environment. Each cycle offers participants the opportunity to learn strategies, share experiences, and work toward lasting progress alongside others who understand.
