In addition to providing ERP for OCD, I specialize in sleep disorders, PTSD, chronic pain, and RODBT/maladaptive overcontrol (which includes OCPD.) I favor structured and evidence-based approaches for the conditions I’m treating. I’m relatively new to treating OCD but the cases I’ve done have been successful by just following the manual.

My initial ERP training was through Cognitive Behavioral Institute (CBI) and then I did some 1:1 consultation with a psychologist I connected with on CBI Facebook group. I’ve also done some trainings through NOCD.
