Our practice is staffed with CBT trained clinicians with significant experience working with Anxiety spectrum disorders. The majority of our clients struggle with a OCD or an OC related disorder social anxiety, Trichotillomania, Hoarding, or BDD. Having a background in trauma work I am mindful to utilize therapeutic tools from various modalities that best serve our clients needs. My approach is client centered, empowering them to drive their treatment progress.
