I have been working with folks with OCD and anxiety disorders for the past 7 years. My caseload is generally at least 2/3 folks presenting with OCD. I provide targeted ERP treatment as well as OCD-informed general psychotherapy. Whether you are treating OCD for the first time or coming back for a “tune-up” or new perspective, I am happy to help.
It is common for OCD to co-exist alongside other conditions. I take a “whole-person” approach to therapy which means that I take your whole context into account including your identities, other anxieties, depression, and/or other forms or neurodivergence. Self-compassion and values work will be our common threads as we seek to improve the quality of your life.
I completed my training in the treatment of OCD through an internship and post-graduate experience at McLean Hospital’s OCD institute. I strive to stay up-to-date on best clinical practice for OCD through trainings and workshops offered via McLean, the IOCDF, and the OCD Training School, as well as through consultation with other providers as needed.
I aim to practice from a place of cultural humility and believe that individuals of all backgrounds deserve access to quality, evidence-based treatment for OCD. I have worked with diverse clientele in different settings and welcome folks bringing their whole identities and experiences into the therapy space.
I run an OCD treatment group (10 weeks, typically Mondays at 5:30pm, $65 out-of-pocket) and an ongoing OCD support group that treatment group members can roll into upon completing the treatment group (once a month on Tuesdays at 6pm, $65 out-of-pocket).
