Narrative of Services:

My private practice specializes in OCD and anxiety disorders. Approximately 40% of my caseload is dedicated to OCD, 30% to primary anxiety disorders, and about 40% present with co-occurring conditions alongside OCD. I have worked with over 200 individuals with OCD across the lifespan, including extensive experience providing treatment in intensive outpatient and higher levels of care at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI).

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide integrated, evidence-based treatment that addresses overlapping concerns without losing focus on effective OCD care. Treatment is personalized, measurement-informed, and paced thoughtfully to reduce avoidance, strengthen emotional resilience, and help clients to reconnect with their values while building lasting self-trust.

Training Description:

After earning my Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Health and Behavioral Health, I completed a postgraduate fellowship at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute’s Center for OCD and Anxiety-Related Disorders (COARD), providing treatment in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. I also trained at the Center for Mindfulness & CBT in evidence-based anxiety treatment during my clinical practicum. As of 2026, I have four years of experience providing outpatient therapy specializing in OCD and anxiety using ERP and ACT.

Diversity Statement:

Drawing from my international background and prior career in healthcare analytics and leadership, I bring a multicultural, systems-informed perspective to my clinical work.

Grounded in social work values of dignity, equity, and person-in-environment, I provide culturally responsive, inclusive care that honors each client’s lived experience. My graduate training included participation in the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training (BHWET) program, with a focus on integrated care, health disparities, and serving underserved communities. I bring lived experience that deepens my sensitivity to the experience of living between cultures, identity development, gender roles, systemic barriers, and intergenerational dynamics. I remain committed to lifelong learning through ongoing education and training, integrating evidence-based treatment with culturally attuned, individualized care that respects each client’s cultural context and values.
