Frazer Frazer LCSW
Psychotherapist
My practice focuses on treating OCD, agoraphobia, and panic disorder, with a special emphasis on their intersection with men’s mental health. I work with clients of all genders, while holding a particular interest in the male experience of anxiety disorders. Beyond clinical practice, I engage in research exploring how OCD shapes men’s identity and the unique challenges they face. This dual focus allows me to offer nuanced, evidence-based care that addresses both the symptoms and the underlying identity struggles clients may experience. My goal is to help individuals build resilience, self-understanding, and a more balanced relationship with their mental health.
I have completed multiple specialized trainings and extensively studied OCD literature, deepening my understanding of its treatment. With over 2,000 hours of supervision under an OCD specialist, I’ve honed my clinical skills in evidence-based approaches like ERP and ICBT. My work is also shaped by personal experience as a self-advocate with features of OCD, giving me unique insight into the complexities of living with the disorder. This blend of professional training and lived experience allows me to provide compassionate, effective care, empowering clients to navigate intrusive thoughts, reduce compulsions, and reclaim a sense of control and purpose in their lives.
