Narrative of Services:
My practice consists of around 25% OCD and OCD Related Disorders, most with co-occurring depression, neurodivergence, and other anxiety disorders. I have treated 50+ clients with OCD and OC Related Disorders.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I treat co-occurring depression and panic disorder and utilize an integrated CBT and mindfulness-based structure while also including family psychoeducation sessions for youth
Training Description:
I have been treating clients with OCD and OCD-spectrum disorders for 13 years.

My practice demographic is 80% (non-white) multi-racial and cultural

My Master’s degree from CSULB required several multicultural competency courses, and curriculum in each course integrated multicultural considerations for treatment for each course taken. My undergraduate degree in Communication Studies required several multicultural courses related to communication. My community based internship as an Associate MFT allowed me to work with a diverse cultural population. I have also attended several independent CEU trainings that incorporate multicultural competency into each course whether related to a specific training topic or legal/ethical considerations.
