My practice serves individuals with OCD and related disorders, which make up approximately 40% of my caseload. I have treated a wide range of OCD presentations across children, adolescents, and adults, including contamination, harm, sexual, and scrupulosity themes. I also work with co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have provided treatment to individuals with OCD using evidence-based approaches, primarily Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), in both individual and family-informed formats.
I treat OCD within the broader context of each client’s full clinical picture, as co-occurring conditions are common and often interconnected. My treatment approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, primarily Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, while integrating additional modalities such as CBT, ACT, and skills-based interventions to address co-occurring concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, or ADHD.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience treating OCD and related disorders across children, adolescents, and adults. My training includes specialized education in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I have experience implementing ERP in clinical practice and regularly pursue continuing education to stay current with evidence-based approaches for OCD and co-occurring conditions.
