My Practice specializes in ERP and ACT treatment for OCD. About 70% of my patients struggle with OCD and related disorders. Due to limited time in the office, my practice is primarily virtual and utilizes telehealth services. Home calls are made on an as-needed basis for varying forms of exposure (NJ ONLY).
For OCD and anxiety, I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you face fears, reduce avoidance and compulsive behaviors, and build greater flexibility in responding to difficult thoughts and feelings.
When OCD and anxiety are connected to trauma or past experiences, treatment may also incorporate Prolonged Exposure (PE) and, when clinically appropriate, EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help process traumatic experiences and reduce their impact on your life.
A licensed therapist for 10+ years. OCD training includes IODCF’s BTTI training courses, various workshops in ERP, Supervision through individuals at Roger’s Behavioral Health, and various other workshops.
My practice caters to LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
