Narrative of Services:

Roughly 80% of my caseload is dedicated to individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders. I’ve worked with over 100 clients using ERP, ACT, and CBT within a compassionate, trauma-informed framework. My approach emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and helping clients regain freedom from fear-driven cycles while learning to live fully and meaningfully.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in treating co-occurring anxiety, perfectionism, and trauma-related symptoms with OCD. My treatment combines ERP and ACT with DBT and IFS-informed care to address both core fears and emotional regulation. I provide individualized, collaborative treatment focused on self-compassion, flexibility, and reclaiming a meaningful life beyond OCD.

Training Description:

I have over 7 years of experience treating OCD and anxiety disorders. I received extensive ERP training while working at Rogers Behavioral Health’s PHP/IOP program, where I provided exposure-based treatment across a range of symptom presentations. I have additional experience integrating ACT, CBT, DBT, and IFS-informed approaches to support recovery. I am a licensed LCSW in Florida and an active member of the International OCD Foundation.

Diversity Statement:

I strive to provide affirming, trauma-informed care for individuals from all backgrounds. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in awareness of how systemic and cultural factors influence mental health. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, respected, and safe to explore their experiences without judgment. I actively seek ongoing education in cultural humility and social justice to ensure my work reflects inclusivity, authenticity, and compassion for those navigating marginalized identities.

I have experience providing therapy to individuals from diverse cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds in both intensive and outpatient settings. My work integrates trauma-informed care and cultural humility, with additional training related to LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and faith-based trauma, including scrupulosity. I am committed to ongoing education and reflection to ensure my practice remains inclusive and responsive to each client’s identity and lived experience.
