Narrative of Services:
I offer individualized, culturally sensitive therapy for a range of anxiety and trauma disorders. I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, offering Exposure and Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD. I am also skilled at integrating other approaches to treat co-morbid conditions as well.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
My approach to co-occurring disorders is to focus primarily on the OCD using evidence-based practices while also addressing co-occurring disorders through alternative approaches.
Training Description:
I worked for over 15 years in the Veterans Healthcare Administration serving clients with a range of anxiety and trauma related disorders including OCD. I was formally trained in ERP through the Cognitive Behavior Institute and have been treating clients with OCD in private practice since June 2025.
Diversity Statement:

I operate from a culturally sensitive background and seek to ensure I treat each client as an individual. I work with clients to learn about their personal cultural background while also drawing from literature on working with diverse populations. While serving at VHA I treated clients from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I received years of training while at VHA in service culturally diverse populations including Veterans and ethnic minorities. I have also been training in treating clients from the LGBTQIA+ community and have treated many clients from this community in my years of practice.
