Currently my practice is focused on supporting individuals with a variety of concerns, including OCD. I hope to continue to grow the percentage of my practice dedicated to supporting OCD. I also support individuals struggling with anxiety and anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions.
I have been working with OCD since the beginning of my clinical training at McGill University’s counselling centre in 2017. I have pursued further training in the treatment of OCD through the Massachusetts General Hospital’s Online Training Academy as well as through the IOCDF’s Training Institute.
I believe that cultural competency is an ongoing process, and since it is a constant learning, I aim for progress not perfection. Social justice values are central to my psychology practice and to my life outside the therapy room. I volunteered at the Social Justice and Diversity Research Lab during my time as a graduate student at McGIll University. I continuously strive towards creating an inclusive space in my office, and also recognize that I will never be done learning and growing in this sphere.
