Narrative of Services:

I offer individual and couples therapy for adolescents and adults addressing areas of concern related to OCD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, and trauma/PTSD. I have expertise in working with college students and young professionals but also see clients across the lifespan. Approximately 30% of my practice serves individuals with OCD at any given time.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I have specialized training in treating anxiety disorders (social anxiety, generalized anxiety, specific phobias), depressive disorders, trauma, and relationship concerns alongside OCD. In addition to providing a warm and collaborative atmosphere and using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I utilize CBT, EMDR, and ACT in my practice.

Training Description:

I completed specialized training at the Rothman Center of Pediatric Neuropsychiatry, a center that specializes in treating OCD. I received extensive training in exposure therapy, ERP, and Habit Reversal Training from a current member of the IOCDF Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board, while working directly with children, adolescents, and adults.

Diversity Statement:

I am a bilingual psychologist who can provide treatment in French and English. I aim to provide treatment that is culturally sensitive and culturally informed for individuals of different cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds, as well as different sexual orientations & gender identities.
