I am also the Founder and Past President of OCD Rhode Island, an official affiliate of the International OCD Foundation and the founder of the OCD and Related Disorders Lecture Series in Rhode Island. I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults with OCD and related disorders. My approach is based on current principles of evidenced-based practice using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts where I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I completed my post graduate training at the Child and Adolescent OCD Institute at McLean Hospital where I specialized in the treatment of children and adolescence with severe, treatment resistant OCD and anxiety utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
