Narrative of Services:
I primarily utilizes behavioral treatment (Exposure and Response Prevention) as well as mindfulness-based therapies. When treating children and adolescents, I value collaboration and works with the client’s support network, including their families, schools, and medical professionals. I am passionate about serving children, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults struggling with OCD and anxiety and helping them embrace discomfort and uncertainty through effective, short-term treatment methods.
Training Description:
I received my B.A. in Psychology from George Washington University and my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from University of La Verne. I completed her pre-doctoral internship at Western Youth Services in Anaheim, CA, where I provided evidence-based therapeutic services to treat a variety of mental health conditions in children and adolescents, engaged in multidisciplinary consultation, conducted psychodiagnostic evaluations, and received training in empirically based treatments. I completed her postdoctoral hours at Rogers Behavioral Health, Los Angeles, where I provided intensive treatment for OCD, anxiety disorders, and depression at both intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care.

My practice also serves individuals across a range of identities, including LGBTQ+ communities, with services tailored to honor each person’s unique values and lived experiences. I am committed to ongoing learning in cultural competence to ensure my work remains inclusive, equitable, and effective for all those I serve.
