Narrative of Services:

I’m an OCD therapist providing in-person services to adults in Orange County and virtually throughout California and New York. About 85-90% of my caseload has a diagnosis of OCD or anxiety-related disorder. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as my primary treatment modalities. I also offer Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) as another evidence-based option for OCD treatment.

Training Description:

I have provided therapy to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues for the last 10+ years. My focus over the last few years has been treating individuals with OCD and anxiety. I have completed post-graduate training in the diagnosis and treatment of OCD through the Cognitive Behavioral Institute (CBI), Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy, and NOCD. I am also a graduate of the Virtual BTTI in Spanish through the IOCDF. I value ongoing learning and frequently attend consultation groups and continued education to support my growth as a clinician.

Diversity Statement:

As a therapist licensed in two of the most populated and diverse states, I have worked with individuals of different backgrounds, including marginalized communities. I am also a Latina with lived and professional experience working with BIPOC folks and Spanish-speaking individuals. I have worked serving the LGBTQ+ communities and those who are neurodiverse. I continue to seek opportunities to grow and provide affirming care to my clients. Whether that’s via continued education trainings, research/reading, or learning from those with lived experience.
