I am a mental health clinician with over 10 years of experience working with individual adults and teens, as well as couples, parents, and families. I have been treating OCD and/or OCD Spectrum disorders for 7 years and have been intensively trained through The Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy (MGH) and the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). In addition, I continue to enhance my knowledge of OCD and ERP through additional trainings/seminars. I enjoy advocating for those with anxiety challenges and am passionate about helping people reach their emotional potential through a life worth living.

I value equity and diversity. I have worked with many clients from multicultural backgrounds. My typical practice demographic is diverse due to being in the Northern Virginia area.

My graduate studies and various trainings over the years have prepared me for cultural competency when working with diverse populations however my clinical experiences have given me the opportunity to acquire cultural humility that has fostered a sense of person centered care.
