Narrative of Services:

I provide individual therapy, executive functioning coaching, family therapy/parent coaching for individuals with a variety of mental health concerns. The vast majority of my clients are neurodivergent and 2e. Several of my clients have OCD and related disorders. I use a variety of different evidence based treatments, depending on the needs of the client, including CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT, MI.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I’ve worked across the spectrum of levels of care, from outpatient therapy to emotional support classrooms, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and wilderness therapy, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on mental health treatment. I draw from a variety of evidenced based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, MI, and IFS. I have experience in treating mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, emetophobia, ADHD/Autism/AuDHD, chronic suicidality and self-injurious behaviors, school avoidance, and family conflict. I am committed to using a trauma-informed lens in my work.

Training Description:

I received training in CBT, ACT, and ERP from the Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center of Princeton through a year long field education practicum, 2020-2021.

Diversity Statement:

I work with people of many different diverse backgrounds and identities. I have a lot of experience with LGBTQIA+ identities as well as intergenerational trauma, particularly with Jewish-identifying individuals.

Practicing in a culturally sensitive way is essential to my work as a psychotherapist and my training as a social worker. I have participated in many courses and trainings on understanding how power, race, oppression, and privilege intersect with other aspects of an individual’s identity and how they can impact treatment and the relationship with the treating provider.
