Narrative of Services:

Dr. Gross is a licensed psychologist specializing in the cognitive behavioral treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD across ages. She has extensive experience in the use of exposure and response prevention for OCD. Dr. Gross offers telehealth services in which sessions are conducted via video online. She is an alumni of the BTTI program for OCD treatment, and a graduate of the TLC Foundation for body focused repetitive behaviors.

Training Description:

Dr. Gross received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, and earned her Doctorate in Combined Clinical and School Psychology from Kean University. She is a New Jersey licensed psychologist and school psychologist. Dr. Gross specializes in the treatment of OCD and related disorders utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention. Dr. Gross completed her doctoral internship at Andrus Children’s Center in White Plains, and also worked in the Anxiety and Mood Disorders Center at the Child Mind Institute in New York City. She has been working with individuals with OCD for over six years.
