Narrative of Services:

The percentage of my practice focusing on OCD is 50-60%, and I treat a variety of related disorders, namely body dysmorphic disorder and body focused repetitive behaviors.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

It is not uncommon for OCD to be comorbid with other mental health conditions. I most frequently work with individuals who have comorbid PTSD and OCD, among other mood disorders. I use a variety of interventions, primarily CPT and PE, but occasionally CBT as well for post traumatic growth.

Training Description:

I have been working with folks who have OCD as a focus area for the past 5 years, and attended and completed training at the BTTI in 2024. I continue education through ongoing training and mentorship.
