Holland Hall LMHC
I consider OCD to be a top specialty for my clinical practice.
In addition to OCD, I also treat co-occurring disorders Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder.
Symptom reduction for improved daily functioning through evidence-based interventions is the foundation of my work, on top of which I collaborate with my clients to imagine and build the life they hope for.
I completed my practicum and Registered Mental Health Counselor Internship at the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry (3 years total), where I received extensive training and supervision in their OCD intensive outpatient clinic. I have been practicing for a year as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL), offering evidence-based treatment for OCD.
I am passionate about working with clients from different cultural backgrounds. As an undergraduate student, I studied History. During my time at the University of Florida, I also worked at the UF English Language Institute, which teaches students from across the globe. I am curious about cultural perspectives and values that may differ from my own, and I do my best to work with clients in a way that is receptive to these aspects of their personhood.
