Kirstie M. Hall LPCC
I offer in person and virtual outpatient therapy for individuals with OCD, anxiety disorders and eating disorders. At least 50% of my caseload is individuals with OCD.
I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders and eating disorders, including Avoidant-Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) anorexia, bulimia, emetophobia, and choking phobias. I utilize CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders (FBT), Behavioral Activation (BA) for depression and Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). I may also integrate methods from other evidence-based treatments to meet clients’ individual needs.
I have been working with individuals with OCD since 2016 and received the majority of my training while working for a partial hospitalization program specializing in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and anxiety disorders. I have also completed training through the TLC Foundation for body focused repetitive behaviors.
