A significant portion of my practice focuses on treating OCD and related disorders, including health anxiety, panic, and phobias. I have worked with numerous individuals across the lifespan using evidence-based approaches, primarily Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I provide individualized, structured treatment and frequently support clients with co-occurring conditions, helping them reduce compulsive behaviors and regain functioning in daily life.
Treatment focuses on ERP as the foundation, while also addressing co-occurring issues like anxiety, depression, or health concerns. I help clients understand how these challenges interact and reinforce each other, and we work to reduce reassurance-seeking and avoidance patterns across the board. Sessions are structured, collaborative, and paced to feel manageable, with an emphasis on building confidence in handling uncertainty and returning to meaningful daily life.
I completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) through the International OCD Foundation and have pursued annual continuing education training in OCD and anxiety treatment. I specialize in ERP and have extensive experience treating OCD and related disorders. In addition, I provide professional trainings on health anxiety and am trained in the SPACE protocol to support parents of children and adolescents with OCD and anxiety.
