Our facility, Doorways, LLC, treats ages 13-25 year olds and their families. We offer outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program services for OCD and Social Anxiety disorders. We are the only adolescent-specific OCD IOP in the state of Arizona. Approximately 25% of our practice is for OCD and OC related disorders. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I offer Psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and medication management in collaboration with a team of providers. As owner and CEO, I oversee the management of our company to ensure the highest quality services are being provided.

Doorways also provides individual psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychiatric services for Mood Disorders, Self Injury, Trauma, PTSD, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and ADHD. We specialize in the treatment of 13-25 year olds and offer a collaborative, multidisciplinary, holistic approach to mental health and healing. Doorways utilizes multiple treatment modalities including ERP, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing and we are focused on specific developmental process of adolescents and young adults.

I am trained as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in the adolescent and young adult population. My national credentialing is as an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner and am also a board certified eating disorder specialist. I have taken multiple educational trainings through conferences such as IOCDF and have worked with OCD clients for the past 21 years in both residential and outpatient treatment settings. I work with a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists and dietitians in an outpatient setting at Doorways.
