I treat adolescents, teenagers, and adults. Over 50% of my clients are treated for OCD, phobias, and/or other anxiety disorders. I often treat adolescents and teenagers with co-occuring conditions, such as Asperger’s, depression, or picking disorders. Our group practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Associates, LLC, in Lexington, MA, is a specialty outpatient OCD clinic and we typically treat a large percentage of clients with OCD and anxiety disorders.

My primary training is in cognitive behavioral treatment, ACT, and mindfulness based approaches. I have been treating OCD since my graduate training and I have been treating OCD spectrum disorders at Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Associates, LLC, since 2013.
