Narrative of Services:

The majority of my work centers around treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders. Switching to using telehealth during the pandemic, I found it easier to help people in their own environment and have more freedom to practice ERP together out in the community. I like to schedule a short consultation call with prospective clients to answer questions and make sure we’d be a good fit working together. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I have completed intensive foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and used it as my primary treatment mode for several years. I currently offer DBT-Informed therapy for individuals who may need help addressing a variety of other issues affecting them, before being able to engage in effective OCD treatment. Some of these diagnoses include: Eating Disorders; Depression; Self-harm; Borderline Personality Disorder

Training Description:

I attended my first IOCDF annual conference in 2018, and since then have attended many different trainings in person and online on OCD and OCD related issues. I completed the IOCDF’s training program, BTTI, in 2019. I continue training through the IOCDF, podcasts, regular professional consultation, and other professional conferences and trainings.

Diversity Statement:

Education and diversity are both things I highly value. I try to continuously challenge myself to do the work in exploring what I need to, in order to safely and ethically serve individuals with different backgrounds and experiences than I.
