Dr. Hilberg is a clinical psychologist who specializes in providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults. She has expertise in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), insomnia, and depression. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP/ExRP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment for Skin Picking and Hair Pulling Disorders (ComB), Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), and mindfulness elements when working with clients.

Training Description:

Dr. Hilberg earned her earned doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the APA-Accredited PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium and received extensive training Stanford University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Hilberg completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX and her post-doctoral fellowship at an anxiety and OCD specialty practice, receiving advanced training in CBT, ERP, and ACT. She also served as a clinical supervisor for post-doctoral residents and doctoral-level practicum students. Dr. Hilberg is a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).
