Narrative of Services:
At my private practice I provide ERP as well as exposure coaching to individuals with OCD and their families. I also offer exposure coaching to individuals with OCD that have completed therapy but need additional coaching for exposures with new or recurring symptoms. I currently have about 15 clients on my caseload with OCD with the remainder diagnosed with various anxiety disorders.

I am an out-of-network provider for clients with out-of-network benefits.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I do a comprehensive initial assessment to determine treatment goals and needs. If the client would like to work with me on their OCD but have any other unmanaged mental health condition that would take precedence, they have the option to work on that condition with me first or work with me on OCD while in treatment for their other condition with another provider. I utilize a structured ERP approach in my work with OCD.
Training Description:
I have taken multiple PESI trainings on OCD prior to attending BTTI in 2025. I received continuing education on OCD for the first time in 2014 through Horizon Health Services and began my work with clients with OCD at the addiction clinic I worked at. When I opened my practice in 2016 I continued taking trainings through PESI. In 2025 I attended BTTI and now have a caseload of OCD clients as well as anxiety disorders.
