Narrative of Services:
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and related disorders, such as depression, in adults, particularly university students and young professionals. I strive to help people identify their personal values and what their “life well lived” looks like, addressing ways OCD interferes. Half of my practice is dedicated to OCD.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
While OCD may be the presenting concern, other disorders may be treated simultaneously, or at times, OCD may be secondary to other concerns. A personalized treatment plan will be developed collaboratively to address the most pressing concerns.
Training Description:
I have been treating OCD for 20 years and have attended multiple continuing education programs on specific aspects of OCD, as well as two multi-day, in-depth OCD trainings through IOCDF.
Diversity Statement:
I strive to be an inclusive practitioner and seek out diversity training to this end. My clients come from diverse racial, ethnic, cultural and economic backgrounds. I am a LGBQT+-affirming therapist and ally.
